Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000+ annually, plus bonus opportunities

About the Role: We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join a dynamic, client-focused practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex business disputes, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is an ambitious litigator eager to build a thriving career in a collaborative and high-caliber environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with partners and clients on complex business litigation matters from strategy through resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Manage discovery processes including document review and production
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Participate in client counseling and communications
- Assist with trial preparation and case development
- Handle multiple matters while maintaining high-quality work product
- Contribute to business development and client relationship building
Qualifications:- 2-6 years of experience in general business litigation
- Active and in good standing with the California Bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
